I work with individuals and couples who are feeling disconnected, stuck in repeating patterns, or struggling to feel truly heard. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and deeply compassionate.
I draw on attachment theory, parts work, somatic therapy, and narrative therapy to help understand the deeper layers of what’s happening, like protective responses in the nervous system, unspoken emotional needs, and the personal stories we carry about love, safety, and connection.
I somatically work with the body and nervous system to build regulation and presence, so that hard conversations don’t feel overwhelming. I draw on parts work to explore the protective parts that show up in relationship with self and others, like the ones that lash out, withdraw, or try to keep the peace, and get curious about the vulnerable parts underneath.
Through a narrative lens, stories that shape self and other relationships can be explored, like stories about roles, expectations, or who you “should” be, and discover preferred stories to live by.
My role is to hold space and create a safe enough environment to support listening that is deep, reconnection that is meaningful and resource relationships with self and others.
